While going through a life upheaval in 2011, Rob took up Yoga and other energy healing modalities. He left his life long home in Upstate NY and relocated to Colorado in 2013, where he continued this learning process. He began providing Reiki energy healing sessions for both people and all animals - horses, dogs, cats. He also started volunteering with Lifespark, an organization that provides energy healing for cancer patients and their caregivers. After receiving a miraculous healing of a painful spinal cord injury, Rob decided to take Yoga Teacher Training in Colorado Springs. Since then, he has lived in Duluth Mn, and now, near Saratoga, NY. Rob also loves wilderness adventures, exploring the Adirondacks and Algonquin while living in Upstate NY, Yellowstone and the Rockies while living in Colorado, and  Quetico and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness while living in Minnesota.
